“When I took up my German board position in 1993, I asked both HP founders what you would advise me to do. Bill Hewlett like a pistol shot: Be creative! Dave Packard, after some thought: Take good care of your people!”
The recommendations made by the founders of Hewlett Packard at the time to Prof. J. Menno Harms are more relevant than ever. The belief practised values can make a difference is likely to be questioned less today. But when executives, or even employees are questioned, this seems easier said than done. In order to discuss and question this state, Management Partner, together with its Board of Directors, has invited administrative counsil Prof. J. Menno Harms to the MP evening. A small group of selected board members, managing directors and decision-makers met in an open atmosphere at Wizemann Space Stuttgart.
